As usual, I am writing to remind you, dear Justice, not to forget our date on Tuesday, 26th April 2016 at the Federal High Court, Abuja. Though this time, I am asking you not to wear that demeaning garment you wore last time. Our outing was made so boring and I really got bored by your lack of interaction and tactfulness in the discussion. Did you know I got the impression then that you had gone dumb until you said "ADJOURNED" This time, I have agreed to remind you again to avail yourself the chance to mend your ways and bridge this gap of irregularities.
You know what is right and what is wrong even if you pretend to be ignorant. Your conscience is still alive because, I am sure you can decipher, your left hand from your right, and breath through your nose. Therefore, do what is right and legal like other fellow judges did in the past. Your animosity towards Nnamdi Kanu is so unfounded, unimaginable and uncalled for. What offense has he committed? Is he like the sophisticatedly armed Boko Haram terrorists and Fulani herdsmen? Has he killed anyone before? Did he overthrow any government? Has he stated vulgar words as these ones made by BUHARI?

More than 1,200 persons were brutally slaughtered in cold blood. You are aware of this. Is Kanu in the same league with Buhari in terms of crime against humanity.

It is no longer a secret that he is innocent and that you do not have any evidence presented by the Nigerian government against him. Therefore, stop this hide and seek game as it has become boring to be taken seriously. Unless you await the nemesis that will erupt like a volcano, with hot fumes rushing rapidly to consume all that will distort justice. Anyone God has blessed, no one can curse. Remember the ICC investigators are here to witness Nigeria's corrupt judicial system first hand and they will be glad to learn it from you.

Stop fighting a lost battle and revert to the truth expressly. Justice Tsoho, prove your worth and convince people that you are nobody's puppet. Affirm that you can defend the seat you occupy. As I await another date with you, I look forward to a reformed justice, worthy of the title. If you refuse to change your garment, you would be disgraced publicly as usual via our amiable lawyers.
The whole world will be made to see your cloak of incompetence, corruption, and prejudice towards Nnamdi Kanu.
